I started my career as a local real estate agent, and after earning my business degree and broker’s license, I saw an opportunity to build something different. Most homeowners want to save money while still putting their home in front of the largest possible audience to give themselves the best opportunity to maximize their sale price.

That’s why I created a statewide flat fee listing service that combines professional marketing, statewide exposure, technology, and experienced broker support—giving homeowners the tools, guidance, and confidence to position their home for the strongest possible market response while helping them maximize their sale price and reduce the cost of selling.

Today, I’m proud to serve homeowners throughout all 88 Ohio counties as an Associate Broker with eXp Realty, helping sellers maximize their home’s exposure and value through a smarter, technology-driven approach to selling real estate.
